By accessing and using TiniTasker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of service

TiniTasker is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for Canadian service businesses. The Service provides tools for managing customers, estimates, invoices, expenses, and teams.

3. Eligibility

The Service is available only to businesses operating in Canada. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of your business.

4. Account registration

To use the Service, you must create an account via our web portal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription and payment

The Service costs CAD $100 per month plus applicable taxes. A 30-day free trial is available. No credit card is required during the trial period. If you subscribe during the trial, billing begins after the trial ends. Payments are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

7. Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by TiniTasker and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You grant us a limited licence to use your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request a copy of your data within 30 days.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TiniTasker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TiniTasker harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

13. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
